The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming Foundation continues to make meaningful progress toward securing the long-term sustainability of our organization through the Leading the Way Campaign. As of July 2026, the campaign has generated $7,882,698.49 in commitments from 49 generous donors who share our vision of ensuring every child has access to life-changing opportunities for generations to come.
The Foundation’s long-term goal remains to build a $15.7 million campaign, creating the capacity to provide an annual distribution of approximately $750,000 to support Club operations. This funding will strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability while reducing reliance on annual fundraising and providing a dependable source of revenue to support our mission.
Throughout 2026, the Foundation continued to cultivate new partnerships while strengthening relationships with existing supporters. We were pleased to receive support from the Glenrock County Commissioners, further demonstrating the confidence our communities have in the long-term impact of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming.
As the campaign matures, our focus has expanded beyond fundraising to include intentional donor stewardship and relationship development. Foundation staff have increased outreach efforts across all communities we serve, meeting with donors, prospective supporters, and community leaders to share the impact of Club programming and the vision for our future.

Donor appreciation events have become an important part of this strategy, with gatherings taking place throughout Natrona, Johnson, Fremont, and Converse counties. These events allow us to recognize the generosity of our supporters, strengthen meaningful relationships, and demonstrate the direct impact their investments have on local youth.
The Foundation also continues to expand awareness of planned giving opportunities through our House of Hope initiative. These small, home-hosted gatherings provide a comfortable setting for supporters to learn about legacy giving and explore ways they can create a lasting impact through their estate plans. While immediate gifts remain essential to our work, planned gifts play a critical role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization. We continue to welcome conversations with individuals and families interested in leaving a legacy that will benefit Club kids for generations to come.
Looking ahead, the Foundation will remain focused on growing the Leading the Way Campaign, expanding planned giving participation, strengthening stewardship efforts, and building partnerships throughout Wyoming. Every new relationship and every investment brings us closer to a future where Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming has the financial stability needed to serve youth for decades to come.
On behalf of our Board of Directors, Foundation Board, and the thousands of children and families we serve each year, thank you to every donor, partner, volunteer, and advocate who continues to invest in our mission. Together, we are building a stronger Foundation—and a brighter future—for Wyoming’s youth.
