LaCROSSe Out Violence & Suicide

2025 LaCrosse Out Violence & Suicide event and guys playing lacrosse

LaCROSSe Out Violence & Suicide is a two-day Mental Agility and Lacrosse Clinic that combines the power of sports with proven mental wellness strategies for youth.

The Impact:

*  Youth mental health is more critical than ever.

*  Sports build connection, confidence, and personal growth.

*  This program equips young athletes with tools to stay safe, engaged, and resilient—both on and off the field.

LaCROSSe Out Violence & Suicide offers a unique, movement-based approach to youth development. By blending athletic performance with emotional agility education, the program aims to create lasting impact in Natrona County and serve as a model for other communities.

This collaborative initiative brings together the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming, USA Lacrosse, Central Wyoming Counseling Center, Suicide Prevention Initiative, Natrona County Health Department, and PROSPER Together. Youth in grades 4–9 will take part in both lacrosse training and mental agility workshops designed to build emotional strength, boost confidence, and foster positive peer relationships.
