We All Read for Ice Cream!

I read, you read, we all read for ice cream! As part of our Unstoppable Fun summer camp, Club youth earned an ice cream party for each reading 300 minutes (per age group, per Club) during our Summer Reading Program!

All Casper Clubs and the Glenrock Club came together for the party, where youth got to choose their own toppings. Yum! After the youth ate their ice cream, Boys & Girls Club Board member, Tim Postel, read them a story called “Ice Cream Summer!”

One little boy shouted, “Reading makes you smart!” Tim said, “Yes it does! Reading is so important,” and went on to describe the importance of lifelong reading.
