Park Branch Director

Objectives and Key Responsibilities: 

The Branch Director is responsible for the daily operations of the Park Club Branch with primary concern for member safety, programs and service delivery; is responsible for recruitment, supervision, evaluation and training of program staff; maintains accurate membership information in the areas of daily attendance, billing and collecting, and program tracking. This position will oversee facility management through daily collaboration with school personnel. Additionally, the Branch Director is responsible for ensuring youth have the highest quality Club experience possible.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field or four years of applicable experience

  • Innovation-driven problem solving skills

  • Ability to utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete deadlines while maintaining a balanced schedule

  • Experience in personnel supervision, facilities management, and recruitment and retention of key personnel

  • Group leadership skills

  • Strong communication

  • Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents, and community leaders

Full-time salaried, benefitted position. Wage Range: $47,000-$50,000 annually DOE
